Recommendation Engine
We use feedback information for the purpose for which it is provided and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Feedback information includes, but is not limited to, user ratings and review comments. This information is collected and stored in a User database which may be used to offer unique recommendations based on your feedback. Recommendations are then received on the Website, via email, or other marketing materials.

Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of Clotheslyne who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We may also decline aspects of deletion or access requests if we believe doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes as described earlier. Clotheslyne may charge you a reasonable fee based on the administrative costs resulting from preparing this information.

CLOTHESLYNE MAKES NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SUFFICIENCY OF THIS POLICY IN PREVENTING THE IMPROPER OR UNWANTED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. CLOTHESLYNE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTUAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM A BREACH OF THIS POLICY, ANY UNAUTHORIZED BREACH OF CLOTHESLYNE SERVERS BY AN UNAUTHORIZED PARTY, OR FROM ANY SOFTWARE ERROR OR MALFUNCTION. TO ASSIST CLOTHESLYNE IN PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION, IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU DO NOT SHARE YOUR LOGIN OR PASSWORD WITH ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY.
